At Progress-By-Design one of our highest priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document addresses the variety of information that may be requested, ​recorded, and/or utilized by Progress-By-Design.

LOG FILES

Progress-By-Design follows a standard procedure of using log files, used to notate visitors to our website. Hosting companies offer log files as part of their hosting ​services' analytics. Progress-By-Design currently utilizes the hosting services provided by GoDaddy. Information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) ​addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and sometimes, the number of clicks. The purpose of the information ​is to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement on the website, and gather demographic information.


COOKIES AND WEB BEACONS

Like most websites, Progress-By-Design uses cookies. These cookies are used to store visitors' preferences, including the website pages the visitor accessed or visited, ​and to optimize our users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information. Third-party ad servers or ad ​networks use technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that may appear on Progress-By-Design, ​which are sent directly to the users' browsers. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of ​their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit. Note that Progress-By-Design has no legal access to or ​control over the cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

Progress-By-Design’s Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:

THE PRIVACY OF CHILDREN

We prioritize protection for children while using the internet and encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online ​activity. Progress-By-Design does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 17. If you think your child provided personal ​information on our website, via survey, or any third-party source, we ask that you contact us immediately.
